If a product arrives damaged or a mistake has been made with an order, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product at no additional expense to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check products carefully and report any problems within 48 hours from receipt of goods. No liability will be taken for visible defects identified after having received a signed acceptance of delivery.
I have made these glass cufflinks using layers of hand-rolled coloured glass & sterling silver fixings.
